Shipping, delivery and payment

At Sansoti, we work with a carefully selected network of international suppliers and shipping partners. Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, including suppliers in China, to the delivery address you provided.

This approach allows us to deliver various products directly from our suppliers' inventory and limit unnecessary storage and intermediate steps in the logistics chain.

Processing your order

After placing your order, it is processed first. During this phase, your order is checked, collected and prepared for shipping.

The average processing time is 1 to 3 business days.

Once your order has been processed, it is handed over to the relevant shipping partner.

Delivery time

After shipping, the average delivery time is 3 to 12 business days. The actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination, carrier, volume of shipments and any delays during transport.

In most cases, an order is delivered within approximately 7 business days after shipping.

The total average delivery time, including processing, is therefore approximately 4 to 15 business days.

The stated delivery times are averages and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery period. In exceptional situations, an order may take longer to arrive, for example due to delays with the carrier, customs inspections or other circumstances beyond our direct control.

Shipping and import costs

At Sansoti, you pay no shipping costs. We offer free shipping on orders placed through our webshop, with no minimum order value, provided shipping to the relevant country is available.

Import duties, VAT and taxes

Orders are shipped directly from our international suppliers to the delivery address you provided. Our shipments are sent on a DAP (formerly DDU) basis.

This means that any import duties, local VAT, taxes, customs fees or other charges due upon import into the destination country are not routinely included in the purchase price you paid or in free shipping.

When such costs are charged by customs, the carrier, or a local authority, they are the recipient's responsibility, insofar as legally permitted.

The amount and applicability of any import duties, taxes, and other import costs may vary by country and depend, among other things, on the value, type of product, and local regulations.

We recommend checking which import regulations and any additional costs apply in your country before placing an order.

Enter your details and delivery address carefully and completely.
Check your order and delivery details.

Complete the payment to place your order.

Always check your address details carefully before finalizing your order. An incorrectly or incompletely provided delivery address may lead to delays or delivery problems.
