When can I expect my order?

The average delivery time is 4 to 15 working days. In most cases, we see that the order arrives around 7 working days.

We ship directly from our supplier. We do this deliberately: this saves on storage and transport costs, enabling us to work with low margins and regularly offer attractive discounts.

In addition, we choose this way for a more sustainable model: fewer intermediate steps means less emissions and waste.

Please note: the exact delivery time may vary slightly, as we are partly dependent on the parcel services.

The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, sometimes an order may be delayed in the delivery process. 

Have you not received anything 3 days after the expected delivery date? Then please contact us.

What are the shipping costs?

I am not satisfied with my order. What should I do?

Where can I find my track & trace code?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you your track & trace code via email. Processing your order takes 24 hours. Please note that emails may end up in your spam folder, so keep an eye on that as well.
