At Sansoti, we work with a carefully selected network of suppliers. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. This approach saves on storage and extra transport costs. It allows us to offer competitive prices and regularly provide attractive offers.

Processing time
After placing your order, it is first processed. During this phase, your order is checked, prepared, and handed over to the shipping partner.
The processing time is on average 1 to 3 working days.

Once your order has been shipped, it is on its way to the specified address.
The average shipping time is 3 to 12 working days, depending on the destination and the carrier.
In most cases, an order is delivered within approximately 7 working days after shipping. Please note that we are partly dependent on external parcel services.
Total delivery time: on average 4 to 15 working days (processing + shipping).
