Under European consumer law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. This is called the right of withdrawal (or reflection period).

• Your email address
• Your order number (found in your order confirmation)
• The product you wish to return

After receiving your withdrawal request, we will process your application as soon as possible. You will receive your refund within 14 days, using the original payment method. The costs for returning the product are at your expense, unless otherwise agreed.
