Garden lighting for the driveway, where there’s no power supply

The driveway and the path to the shed are exactly the places where there’s never an outlet. In the evening, you walk along them carrying groceries or a garbage bag, over an edge you can’t see, and having a cable run to the end of the driveway costs more than the light itself. This solar spotlight with no power connection solves that with a ground stake: push it into the gravel or soil strip alongside the path and it’ll work that very same evening. A row of spotlights instead of a cable duct

The most subtle way to light a driveway is with several small lights spaced evenly apart instead of one bright light on the facade. Place the spotlights about one and a half to two metres apart along the edge, with the heads tilted low, and direct the beams across the paving: you’ll be able to see where you’re walking while keeping the neighbours’ windows dark. The ABS and polycarbonate housing is 11.7 cm wide and blends into the planting; only the light remains visible.
