Light above the sink that won't shine in your eyes

How many spotlights do you need in a bathroom?

A six-square-meter bathroom needs two spotlights, based on the stated coverage of 3 to 5 m² per spotlight: one above the sink and one above the shower or bath. Position the spotlight above the sink slightly forward, toward the front edge of the countertop, so the light falls on your face instead of the back of your head. Neutral white 4000K is usually the best choice for the mirror because colors appear closest to how they look in daylight; if you want a softer atmosphere in the evening, choose 3000K.
