Solar Lamp Automatic Dusk Sensor Ground Spotlight IP65 UV-Resistant Plastic up to 8 Hours of Light Charging Time 4-6 Hours | Sansoti

Never wonder whether the garden light is still on again

Garden lights you have to switch on and off yourself are either left on all night or never switched on - because you forget when you go to bed. This solar light with dusk sensor takes care of that for you: the sensor detects when it gets dark and switches the light on, then switches it off again at sunrise. There is no switch, timer, or app involved. It takes 4 to 6 hours to charge in direct sunlight and provides up to 8 hours of light, which means one sunny day is enough for a whole evening.

What fully automatic means here

• Automatic dusk sensor: switches on at dusk and off at sunrise without you having to do anything.
• 4-6 hour charging time: one reasonably sunny day fills the built-in battery.
• Up to 8 hours of light: enough for a full evening and part of the night.
• Built-in battery: no need to replace it, so there is nothing to keep track of.
• No wiring: place it wherever you like, so you can put it where you need light rather than where the cable reaches.
• IP65 and UV-resistant: stays outdoors without discoloring or letting water in.

Where the sensor works well and where it doesn't

A dusk sensor and a solar panel need the same thing: light. So place the light somewhere that gets direct sunlight during the day - under a tree or against a north-facing wall, it won't charge fully and won't last eight hours. Also watch out for artificial light nearby: if the light is directly under an outdoor light or streetlamp, the sensor may think it's still daytime and won't switch on. It can be installed without tools: push it into the ground or place it on a flat surface. Since you don't have to switch it on or off, it's also the obvious choice for a spot you don't visit every day - a back path, a side garden, or a driveway at a second home. Available in black.
